The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris appointed the arbitral tribunal in accordance with its rules, and its proceedings were subsequently held in Switzerland under Swiss law, subject to the ICC rules. Saad Al Doseri was heavily involved in selecting an appropriate panel for the dispute to ensure proper administration and compliance with the ICC procedural regulations.
Saad Al Doseri managed the entire arbitration cycle and has skillfully navigated through the regulations, customs and protocols of international commercial arbitration. Despite the intricacy of the proceedings and disparity with Bahraini national arbitration, Saad Al Doseri successfully advocated for his client, resulting in the issuance of an arbitral award in the client’s favor.
