On 28 and 29 November 2023, Saad Al Doseri, Founding Partner of Al Doseri Law, and Associate Maryam Alhashemi presented two lectures to aspiring legal professionals as part of the esteemed Trainee Lawyers Programme at the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute in Bahrain (“JLSI”). The programme serves as a platform for aspiring legal professionals to gain practical knowledge and exposure to various areas of law.
Saad and Maryam’s lectures explored the significant aspects of Legislative Decree No. (21) of 2001, concerning the Commercial Companies Law, and Legislative Decree No. (27) of 2015, regarding the Commercial Registry Law, providing valuable insight and practical knowledge to Trainee Lawyers at the JLSI.

Maryam also shed light on the different stages of company incorporation, outlining the specific requirements for each stage.
