Saad Al Doseri has been appointed as presiding arbitrator in a real estate dispute and appointed as the sole arbitrator in an industrial dispute.
Founding Partner Saad Al Doseri has issued his first arbitral award in his capacity as the presiding arbitrator in a real estate dispute, and has also been appointed as the sole arbitrator in a separate, industrial dispute.
In respect of the real estate dispute, the High Civil Court in the Kingdom of Bahrain first appointed the two arbitrators who then nominated Saad to be the presiding arbitrator.
With regard to the industrial dispute, Saad issued a final arbitral award in his capacity as the sole arbitrator. The High Civil Court appointed Saad as the sole arbitrator.
