Saad Al Doseri, Founding Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, has been appointed to the Bahrain Chamber‘s elections supervision committee.
Held every four years and due in the first quarter of 2022, the Bahrain Chamber, formerly known as the BCCI, will be holding an election for its board members, along with the nomination of a Chairman. Since its inception in 1939, the Bahrain Chamber has played a prominent role in shaping the national economy of Bahrain and creating a vigorous private sector.
Saad has been appointed to this prestigious role due to his reputation, as well as extensive experience at the Chamber. He has been a member of the Chamber since 2013, as well as holding a seat at the Chamber’s legal committee, where he has advised on and reviewed draft laws that impact the market. The committee receives draft laws from the Parliament for the Chamber’s opinion and insights.
